Stuart has proven expertise in marketing, sales, project management, and legal representation of lending institutions and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in structuring, selling, and closing over $650M of commercial real estate and distressed assets nationwide.

Career: Banking and Finance Attorney at Chicago-based Levenfeld Pearlstein and most recently at Detroit-based law firm Maddin Hauser. Stuart counseled financial institutions on loan originations as well as facilitating and implementing workout strategies to minimize losses due to troubled assets. His legal representation also extended to representing local and national clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and loan portfolio purchases.

During Stuart’s tenure as National Sales Manager at NRC Realty Advisors, he managed the national sales team in selling over 1,000 commercial real estate properties, including the successful sale of over 600 Clark retail site in 9 states through a 363 bankruptcy.
